Accessibility statement
How we design this website to be usable by everyone, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
Last updated: 23 April 2026
Our commitment
Cheta Wellness is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. Many of the people we are here to support are reading on phones, in difficult moments, sometimes with assistive technology. The site is designed with that in mind.
What we aim for
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practical terms, that means we work to ensure:
- Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
- Text and meaningful elements have enough contrast against their background.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages, and work with screen readers.
- Animation is minimal, and any motion is disabled when your device requests reduced motion.
- Page structure uses real headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it cleanly.
Known limitations
We test the site on current versions of Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, and on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. If you find something that does not work for you on another browser or assistive technology, please tell us. Your feedback directly shapes future fixes.
Reporting a problem
If something on this website is not working for you, please get in touch. Email is the most reliable way:
- Email: admin@chetawellness.com
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five working days. Where a fix is needed, we will let you know what we are doing and roughly when.
